Onshore, your champion monitors the process and workload, ensures workflows to the offshore team and handles technology issues and interfaces. Just as important are the team leaders, onshore team and offshore team.

Change can not be achieved by an external party or by a single person. It takes a team led by a goal driven principal to attain corporate goals.
