1) Charm Salas – Lease Administration Team Leader

Diligent and reliable, Charm leads our Lease Administration Team, providing support services that benefit tenants from the moment they show an interest in the property right up until they move in. She is in charge of managing support for a range of services including scheduling open house inspections, processing applications, completing reference checks and lease agreements. Charm and her team also follow up on tenants in arrears, complete lease renewals, rent reviews, routine inspections, and manage all types of tenant enquiries on behalf of clients. Charm has five years of experience in real estate. She has progressed quickly from conducting routine rental inspections to now training and managing the entire property management team to a high standard of service across both phone and email channels.

2) Dianne Enriquez – Sales & Marketing Team Leader

Dianne is responsible for the growth and culture of our creative department. She guides our creative team in facilitating and managing the operations and all of the marketing and campaign requirements of clients. Dianne makes sure that daily and weekly deadlines are met without compromising the quality of each members’ work. Her 7 years of Marketing experience in Social Media Marketing makes her perfect for this role. She’s been a long time Campaign Coordinator, providing high-level client service and support to her team and property professionals.

3) Rina Samia – Finance Administrator Team Leader

With more than seven years of Accounting experience, Rina leads the team of Finance Administration with precision and efficiency. Rina and her team are responsible for providing accurate and timely finance and accounting support to our valued clients. She makes sure that each task within each position is executed precisely, day in and day out. From setting up priorities at the start of the day and following work instructions, to exceeding our clients’ expectations, she can always be relied upon.

4) Louie Cruz Junior – Repairs & Maintenance Leader

Louie leads our end-to-end repairs and maintenance services team, ensuring rent roll properties are adequately maintained and tenants are safe. He and his team coordinate all aspects of the property repair process including the liaison between tenants, landlords, trade suppliers and strata property managers. He ensures a quality finish by obtaining quotes from reliable suppliers, ensuring repairs are completed professionally and also by chasing up invoices. Along the way, he ensures his team keep clients up to date on the progress of repairs and maintenance activities. Louie is a consistently high performer in the industry. He has five years of experience in this role and has over 12 years of experience in the property profession where he has operated in a number of similar leadership positions.

5) Reymar Magat – Tenancy Administration Leader

A consistent performer with strong attention to detail. Reymar and his team provide property managers support through a service which is akin to having an executive assistant. They are responsible for providing a full range of written and verbal correspondence between property managers, property owners and their tenants. This includes preparing routine inspection reports, managing rent reviews, customer service calls if necessary and also lease renewals. He makes sure all communication is clear, concise and delivered in a timely and effective manner. With over five years of real estate experience, Reymar has developed a sound knowledge of the industry. He has excellent communication skills and has built a reputation as someone that property managers can always rely upon.
