Managing Director / CEO
An accomplished real estate business management professional with an impressive list of achievements, Warren Campion, brings two decades of front line management, coaching performance and system thinking to his role as CEO. Warren has held senior positions for international real estate training companies since 1998 and comes to Universal Property Services operations from an international management consultant role.
Customer Relations & Administration Services
A passionate and innovative professional with extensive experience in administration and customer support. Sarah is responsible for the coordination and planning of the daily operations for the business. Sarah believes that good communication and attention to detail are the foundations for providing the highest level of service. Sarah brings over 8 years’ business operations experience to the Universal Property Systems Organisation.
Head of Property Management Services
He is perfectly attuned to the needs and expectations of investors and expertly bridges the gap between investor and tenant, creating long-term, profitable relationships. His vast expertise accelerates our clients’ results and sets the standard for the UPS Global Team’s culture and performance. Colin was previously Chairman of REI NSW Property Management Chapter and recipient of the REI John Hill Award for Service to Property Management. He is also past winner of First National’s Property Manager of the Year Award and the REI NSW award for Property Management Excellence.
Head of Sales & Marketing Services
A natural problem-solver, Renee brings together our talented staff and matches them to our real estate clients’ needs. Renee manages the onboarding, mentoring and ongoing guidance of our staff from the recruitment phase through to campaign delivery. With an extensive background in real estate marketing, business administration and graphic design she ensures the integrity of business relationships through her impeccable work ethic and drives our staff to deliver the best services, every time. Renee is the client liaison for Sales, Marketing & Design positions.
Head of Financial Services
Grant Fanning is a seasoned management professional with in-depth knowledge across a wide range of industries and sectors. His 40 years’ experience in businesses of varying type, complexity and turnover promotes a strong and strategic edge to his business and decision-making styles. Grant is a senior manager with practical, hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, sales management, marketing, office administration, systems and business turnarounds.
With a broad base of business background in the areas of finance and home-related sales, Yanie is an integral member of the Universal Property Systems family as the Finance Administrator. She handles day-to-day accounting and administration. Aside from bookkeeping, Yanie also generates accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
Marie handles the general administrations for UPS. She supports and assists the CEO, conducts computer inventory, and manages office property. She also heads our monthly awards for graduates of our 30-day program.
PM Training & Onboarding/Lease Admin Leader
Diligent and reliable, Charm is an integral part of the UPS team. Charm Salas manages the onboarding for new clients and team members alike. She manages the training and set up of new team members before they go live with the client. Charm also leads our Lease Administration Team, providing support service for tenants from the moment they show an interest in the property right up until they move in.
Sales & Marketing Leader
Go getter – that’s who she is. This sharp young lady leads our Sales and Marketing team. She’s responsible for the growth and culture of our creative department. She guides our creative team in facilitating and managing the operations and all of the marketing and campaign requirements of clients. Dianne makes sure that daily and weekly deadlines are met without compromising the quality of each members’ work.
Finance Administrator Leader
With more than seven years of Accounting experience, Rina leads the team of Finance Administration with precision and efficiency. Rina and her team are responsible for providing accurate and timely finance and accounting support to our valued clients. She makes sure that each task and each position are executed precisely every single day. From setting up priorities at the start of the day, following work instructions to exceeding our clients’ expectations, she can always be relied upon.
Louie Cruz Jr.
Repairs & Maintenance Leader
Louie Cruz leads our end-to-end repairs and maintenance service for tenants. He and his team coordinate all aspects of the property repair process including the liaison between tenants, landlords, trade suppliers and strata property managers. He ensures a quality finish by obtaining quotes from reliable suppliers, ensuring repairs are completed professionally and also by chasing up invoices. Along the way, he ensures his team keep clients up to date on the progress of repairs and maintenance activities.
Tenancy Administration Leader
A consistent performer with a strong attention to detail, Reymar Magat performs the role of Rental Administrator. He provides Property Managers support through an Executive Assistant like service. He is responsible for providing a full range of written and verbal correspondence between Property Managers, property owners and their tenants. This includes preparing routine inspection reports, managing rent reviews, customer service calls if necessary and also lease renewals. He makes sure the communication is clear, concise and delivered in a timely and effective manner.
