Leasing Administration Leader

A team leader who is a goal-setter and achieves them with dedication, Ralph is the Lease Administration team. He leads and guides the team in giving the best results to our clients. He also facilitates the onboarding and training of new and existing Virtual Assistants. Ralph also provides quarterly coaching sessions to VAs, making sure that every skill and knowledge is aligned with the client’s needs.

His four years working in resorts and hotels made him develop his leadership skill and an understanding of property management.

Ralph finished a degree in Tourism Management. In his spare time, he likes reading business books, playing basketball, and loves spending time and travelling with his family.
