Warren has held senior positions for international real estate training companies since 1998 and comes to Universal Property Services operations from an international management consultant role.
He is a highly qualified business thought leader with a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Coaching. Yet he retains a personal, down-to-earth approach in all dealings. Being the architect behind an online CRM system used in Australia, South Africa and New Zealand, Warren firmly believes today’s technology enhances the transaction experience and helps facilitate an exceptional level of customer care with a personal touch.
